Activities: Report everything the chapter has done (or individual members have done in the name of the CDF and the chapter). Everything a chapter does or tries to do should be reported.
Projects: A project may span many report periods and should be listed for each month it is ongoing. A newsletter published every month is an ongoing project. The production of chapter patches or t-shirts will have a conclusion. Projects also include websites, communication efforts with other chapters, business cards, and other applicable projects. They may or may not be concluded successfully.
Problems: Any problems with the chapter, personnel, and other applicable areas should be reported here.
Needs/Help: Any needs for the ship should be reported here, as well as any requests for assistance from the CDF.
Empty sections: Chapter statistics must be filled in or the report will be rejected. If you have nothing to report for any other particular section. Leave it blank.
